Darlene LeClair – Acrylic by Palette knife
Darlene LeClair started out painting with oils but currently uses acrylic paint and a palette knife to create her desert landscapes. She studied art with Faye Skaggs and later with Guadalupe de la Torre. Darlene has attended several work shops including one with renowned impressionist Kent Wallis.
Darlene joined Desert Artisans’ Gallery in 1993 has served on the operating board every year since 1994. For Darlene, creating images on a blank canvas continues to be a joy.
