Charlie Gaskill ~ Photography

Photography has fascinated Charlie since he was a small child. His first camera was a hand-me-down Brownie shooting 120 films. He had to fix the camera to get it to work. In his adult life, he took classes at a junior college just so he could use their darkroom. 

Charlie is mostly self-taught and after working with family portraits and weddings, he finally began to photograph things he loved. 35mm film gave way to digital and there was no turning back. He likes to dabble with many subjects and is not tied to any particular one. With his retirement from work in the field of Geology, Charlie is free to explore and to begin experimenting with Digital Art to create special effects in his photography.
