Gretchen Huff - Watercolor

For as long as she can recall, Gretchen has had a love affair with story, with color, and with animals, recurring  themes in her work.  Pastels proved to be fun, but messy, acrylics were interesting, but watercolors claimed her heart.

Along with her watercolors, Gretchen creates a series of brightly-colored  ‘Crazy Cat’ paintings, 3-D hummingbirds (made from peanuts), has illustrated a book about cats, and wirtten/illustrated “Color Saurus,” a dinosaur book for pre-schoolers.
